I enjoy working with a variety of people including seniors, athletes, people with different abilities and those in recovery, and anyone needing stress relief and relaxation.
I use Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques including Myofascial Release and Trigger Point release and suggest clinical stretching and strengthening exercises and self care to support improvements between massages.
For your first visit, I’ll review your health history form as well as your goals for the session (such as stress relief, specific areas of pain relief, or relaxation). Chronic or past conditions, repetitive actions, and often posture, gait. During the massage, you are comfortably covered. Only the body part being treated is uncovered. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.
